 The Director of ABC's "The Bachelor" proposes to a former contestant in real-life wearing Colossal's windbreaker.
Jason Erlich, Director of reality shows like ABC's "The Bachelor" and VH1's "Rock of Love," met contestant Tara while filming the Paris edition of the show. While Tara made the final four, she eventually "lost" the show, while simultaneously winning Jason's affections.They began dating shortly after returning to the U.S.,  and just before Christmas 2007, were engaged on the beach in her hometown of San Diego. We'd like to take credit for her saying yes (that windbreaker looks great, doesn't it?), but we'll assume Jason had something to do with it.

The Tron Jacket
The Tron jacket, as worn by Kanye West on Saturday Night Live, was created by our head designer at Kanye's request.
Tailored from a fine grey canvas, and featuring integrated electric tubing, the jacket is powered by dual battery packs.

 Famed Apparel Designer Marc Jacobs Acquires Colossal Clothing Windbreaker Design.
Couture designer to produce his own high-end version of our best-seller.
Colossal Clothing, made sweatshop-free under special arrangement by American Apparel, announced today the acquisition by Marc Jacobs of the design of their best-selling nylon taffeta windbreaker. Jacobs intends to produce his own version of the garment using different luxury fabrics in the near future.
"Marc Jacobs is one of the finest, if not the finest, clothing designers in the world," said Tory Lowitz, Colossal Clothing’s Creative Director and creator of the windbreaker. "I'm thrilled he liked my design, and I can’t wait to see his final product."
"Coming on the heels of Kanye West wearing Colossal Clothing’s electrified Tron jacket on Saturday Night Live this past September 29th, Jacob’s acquisition further demonstrates that we’re easily the world’s hippest and most stylish big and tall line," said Dave Friedman, Colossal’s CEO.
